This all started from a close up pic my husband took of some strange stuff growing on the trees. I put it in photoshop and intensified the colors. I couldn’t believe the full spectrum I found in it!

We were exploring the neighborhood parks and noticed horses there in an adjacent field. It was an unexpected piece of heaven to me, a Texas prairie scene lush and full.

Most people rarely even notice what’s under their feet. The lush green life here is still growing strong  even after the leaves have changed and fallen. (October in Maryland)

The pots were sitting in this alcove at different angles. It gave it an almost cubistic look.

It was a clear, bright, late winter day along Seneca Creek. The reflections of the tree trunks in the water with the bright blue between them are what caught my eye. The brush along the banks is still in winter sleep, but the grass was starting to green up first.

This painting shows the mist along Route 13 on the way to my parent’s house. It was just hovering above the tree tops perfectly.
